THIS DISH WAS INSPIRED BY FRESH CALIFORNIA CUISINE AND TRADITIONAL ITALIAN INGREDIENTS. ITS A PERFECT APPETIZER FOR A SUNDAY LUNCH OR A DINNER PARTY WITH FRIENDS.

INGREDIENTS

2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

3 TBSP AGED BALSAMIC VINEGAR

6 LEAVES FINELY CHOPPED FRESH MINT

SMALL HAND FULL SPANISH MARCONA ALMONDS

2-3 FRESH STRAWBERRIES

1 WHEEL FUTURE OF CHEESE RIPENED BRIE

3-4 SPANISH TORTAS BISCUITS

SALT AND BLACK PEPPER

BUY THE FUTURE OF CHEESE

PREPARTION

1) IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL, ADD OLIVE OIL, AGED BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND A FEW PINCHES OF SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX TOGETHER INCORPORATING INGREDIENTS. 

2) ADD MIN AND MARCONA ALMONDS TO THE MIXING BOWL AND GENTLY STIRE TOGETHER CREATING OUT VINAIGRETTE

3) CUT BRIE WHEEL IN HALF AND PLACE 1 HALF OF THE WHEEL IN THE CENTRE OF THE PLATE

4) CUT THE OTHER HALF OF THE BRIE INTO SMALL WEDGES AND PLACE ONTO PLATE

5) PLACE SLICED STRAWBERRIES NEXT TO THE BRIE

6) FINALLY, DRESS THE BRIE WITH THE VINAIGRETTE AS WELL AS THE STRAWBERRIES

7) SERVE WITH SPANISH TORTAS BISCUITS AND ENJOY!
